Shipping & Returns

All delays with the DHL courier company is beyond our control. Thank you!

 

USA

  • All orders to the USA orders take approx. 3-7 working days .
  • All orders are charged a flat rate $10.00 shipping fee.
  • ALL ORDERS $150 and up receive FREE SHIPPING.
  • We use DHL only and offer no other shipping options.
  • There is NO next day delivery option.
  • All orders take 2-7 business days for processing, once you have received tracking number you will receive the package within 3-7 days. 
  • All shoes are custom made and processing time is 7-10 days.
  • Pink Cherries brand is shipped USPS.
  • We are not responsible for any delays from the DHL shipment company. This will occur from time to time.
  • If your package does not move for the first few days this is normal. We factor this time into our shipping process. Please be patient.
  • We use a signed-for delivery service. Someone will need to be in to accept your delivery. If there is no-one in to sign for the delivery, a card will be left where you can arrange re-delivery or to collect from the depot.
  • We do not ship to P.O box addresses.
  • Please do not refuse any delivery. WE DO NOT CONSUME RESPONSIBILITY OF  ANY REFUSED PACKAGE.
  • We are not responsible for failed delivery due to erroneous shipping address entered in the original order or missing information, or if you ignored any pickup notice from the shipping carrier resulting in the loss of the package.
  • Some of our inventory is manufactured in different warehouses. If ordering more then 1 item, they may come in 2 separate packages. No extra shipping fees will be charged.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY INFO

    • All international countries take approx. 3-7 working days.
    • All orders will be charged a $19.95 fee.
    • We use DHL.
    • There is no Next Day Delivery option.
    • All shoes are custom made and processing time is 7-10 days.
    • We are not responsible for any delays from the DHL shipment company. This will occur from time to time.
    • We use a signed-for delivery service. Someone will need to be in to accept your delivery. If there is no-one in to sign for the delivery, a card will be left where you can arrange re-delivery or to collect from the depot.
    • Packages shipped to non-US countries might randomly get charged for duty tax. We do not take any responsibility for customs taxes. 
    • Please do not refuse any delivery. WE DO NOT CONSUME RESPONSIBILITY OF  ANY REFUSED PACKAGE.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

HOW TO RETURN

  • We do not cover your shipping costs back to us.
  • Please email returns@strikingdoll.com prior to returning any items.  You will need a return confirmation number which you will receive after your return request is reviewed. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND WITHOUT CONFIRMATION FROM US BEFORE HAND. A refund request needs to be within 7 days of delivery for ALL orders.
  • We are happy to accept any garment that is unworn, altered, damaged, or stained, bearing it is still fitted with all tags and labels and sent back to us within 7 days of receipt for domestic orders and 14 days for international orders.
  • PLEASE NOTE: There will be a $20 restock fee on each returned garment under $100.
  • PLEASE NOTE: There will be a $30 restock fee on each returned garment $100 and up.
  • PLEASE NOTE: There will be a $50 restock fee on each returned garment $200 and up.
  • All items sent back to us must be packaged with a return form. Please log on to our website and print the return form.
  • Please fill out the return form in it's entirety to avoid complications.

  • Strikingdoll has the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements stated above.  

EXCHANGES

  • We do not accept exchanges.
  • We will gladly issue you a refund if you would like to re order in different size/color.

REFUNDS

    • We do not cover shipping costs back to us.
    • Your payment will be credited back to the original purchaser's credit card.
    •  We do not accept sale items for return.
    • We do not accept BUNDLE BABE PURCHASES for return 
    • We do not accept accessories for return
    • We do not accept swimwear for return.
    • We do not accept lingerie for return.
    • We do not accept shoes for return. 
    • We do not accept items purchased on sale, discounted with a coupon/ Promotional Code, or final sale. 
    • PLEASE NOTE: There will be a $20 restock fee on each returned garment under $100.
    • PLEASE NOTE: There will be a $30 restock fee on each returned garment $100 and up.
    • PLEASE NOTE: There will be a $50 restock fee on each returned garment $200 and up.
  • Returns for refund are processed within 4-5 working days of receiving the return however, credit card refunds can take up to 2+ weeks to process depending on your financial institution. Please contact your financial institution for more information regarding this issue. 
  • There are no refunds for Gift Cards.
  • Items purchased on sale that are received damaged, will be replaced. 

SALE ITEMS

  •  Sale items are NOT eligible for refund.

LATE RETURNS

  • Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 7 days for domestic orders and 14 days for international orders. Returns outside this time frame will be denied by Strikingdoll.

DESIGNERS

All designer brands are exchange only! Please contact us ASAP via email and we will offer an exchange within 7 days of return.

OUR POLICY

  • Items should be returned in the condition they are received with all original tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, stained, altered in any way, or missing tags may not be accepted for return and may be sent back to the customer.
  • Please contact returns@strikingdoll.com prior to sending back any returns.  We will issue you a return conformation number that must be placed in the package being sent.  No return will be accepted without a return confirmation number so please be sure to contact the above email address when preparing to return your goods.
  • We do our best accommodate ALL of our dolls and will answer all questions and concerns promptly. 

INSURANCE

  • Strikingdoll insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver, the signee becomes responsible for all items.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • We are unable to redirect orders.
  • PLEASE NOTE: INVOICES WILL HAVE LOW DECLARATION VALUE FOR CUSTOM PURPOSES. THIS IS NOT THE AMOUNT YOUR GARMENT COSTS. THIS IS ONLY FOR CUSTOM PURPOSES FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
  • Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
  • Our delivery time starts when order is placed, 2-7 processing days , and 3-7 delivery period.
  • We do not deliver to P.O box addresses.
  • Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours once given payment. A $5.00 fee will be charged. ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELED  AFTER 24 HOURS.
